A demographic survey and semi-structured interviews obtained qualitative and quantitative insights into the current users of food delivery service apps. A literature review of previous case studies on user behaviours and habits related to food delivery services pre-COVID-19 pandemic was analysed and compared with the latest statistics on user behaviour during the pandemic, as well as projected growth in the post-pandemic period.
